豫西某石英脉型金矿废石中石英回收利用试验研究

    Experimental study on recovery of quartz from waste rock of quartz vein type gold mine in Western Henan Province

    • 摘要: 豫西地区金矿以石英脉型为主,伴随金矿开发利用过程形成了大量废石,目前主要以堆存的方式在废石堆场堆积,造成大量土地资源、矿物资源浪费,也威胁周围居民生活环境。该区域某金矿废石中石英含量为50.5%,并含有长石、云母、方解石等矿物,其主要有价元素SiO2含量为60.92%,具有一定利用价值。该废石经初步色选预富集,获得SiO2含量达92.68%的石英产品,其中主要杂质矿物为方解石和部分含铁云母、赤铁矿等。研究采用“色选-破碎-磨矿-磁选-浮选-酸浸”联合工艺处理该石英脉型金矿废石以回收石英。结果表明:色选后的废石在磨矿细度−0.15 mm占38.76%条件下,依次经过磁场强度为1.0 T和1.4 T(脉冲频率均为50次/min)的两段磁选,所得非磁性物再进行浮选,以1%浓度NaOH为pH调整剂,将矿浆pH值调至9,以水玻璃(用量300 g/t)为石英抑制剂,以油酸钠和十二烷基磺酸钠分别用量350 g/t为方解石的复合捕收剂。再将浮选精矿采用2 mol/L盐酸溶液为浸出剂,控制酸浸过程液固比为3∶1,在浸出温度60 ℃下浸出时间4 h,最终可获得SiO2含量达99.91%、Al2O3含量为0.056%、Fe2O3含量为0.017%的石英砂产品,其品质符合平板玻璃用硅质原料优等品要求。该研究为同类矿山废石的大宗消纳与综合利用提供了有效途径,在实现技术增储的同时,增加了石英资源供给。

       

      Abstract: The gold deposits in Western Henan are mainly of quartz vein type. With the development and utilization of gold deposits, a large number of waste rocks have been formed. At present, they are mainly stacked in the waste rock yard, causing a large waste of land resources and mineral resources, and threatening the living environment of surrounding residents. The content of quartz in the waste rock of a gold mine in this area is 50.5%, and contains feldspar, mica, calcite and other minerals. The content of the main valuable element SiO2 is 60.92%, which has utilization value. After preliminary color separation and preconcentration, a quartz product with SiO2 content of 92.68% is obtained from the waste rock, in which the main impurity minerals are calcite, some iron bearing mica, hematite, etc. The combined process of “color separation-crushing-grinding-magnetic separation-flotation-acid leaching” is used to treat the quartz vein type gold ore waste to recover quartz. The results show that: the waste rock after color separation is subjected to two stages of magnetic separation with magnetic field strength of 1.0 T and 1.4 T(pulse frequency of 50 times/min) under the condition of grinding fineness of −0.15 mm accounting for 38.76%. The obtained non-magnetic product is then floated. The pulp pH value is adjusted to 9 with 1% NaOH as pH regulator, sodium silicate(dosage of 300 g/t) as quartz depressant, sodium oleate(dosage of 350 g/t) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(dosage of 350 g/t) as calcite composite collector. Then, the flotation concentrate is leached with 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution as leaching agent, the liquid-solid ratio is controlled at 3∶1, and the leaching time is 4 h at 60 ℃. Finally, the quartz sand product with SiO2 content of 99.91%, Al2O3 content of 0.056%, and Fe2O3 content of 0.017% could be obtained, and its quality meets the requirements of superior grade silicon raw materials for flat glass. This study provides an effective way for the mass consumption and comprehensive utilization of similar mine waste rocks, and increases the supply of quartz resources while realizing the technical increase of storage.
