Abstract: The paper focus on Chinese and Indian coal mine production situation in comparison, India and China are the same big country with coal resources, production and consumption, but India coal safety level is better, and has established an effective safety management system. The main reasons of two country safe production level are resource conditions, enterprise nationalization and capacity concentration, the proportion of open-pit mining, security supervision and safety training, etc..Give out the suggestions for improving home coal safe production status.
