利用超前断裂爆破防治冲击地压技术研究

    Study on the technology of rock-burst prevention and control by using advanced break-tip blast

    • 摘要: 本文研究了断顶爆破的基本原理、爆破参数、爆破工艺流程,制定出完善的断顶爆破方案,并成功实施了超前断顶爆破。应力监测表明,顶板超前断顶爆破破坏了顶板关键层结构,增加了顶板裂隙程度,改善了采动应力场的分布特征,不仅释放应力和有效卸压,而且降低了顶板储能条件,避免采动应力集中和能量聚集,有效地防治冲击地压。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, we studyed the basic principle、demolition parameter and demolition technical process of break-tip blast,formulated the demolition plan of the break-tip blast, and succeeded implements the blast. The stress monitor indicated that the roof advanced break-tip blast destroyed the structure of roof key layer, increased the roof crevasse degree, improved the distributed characteristic of stress field caused by mining. It not only released stress and discharge pressure, but also reduced the store energy condition, avoided stress concentration and energy accumulation, prevented and controled the rock-burst effectively.
