Abstract: According to Hotelling Rule and theory of mineral resource value,a model for dynamic economical assessment of mineral resource value has been established which takes the activities of both mining and exploration during mineral exploitation into consideration.The procedure of obtaining the differential solution of the model is described.This solution actually shows the optimum way of exploration and exploitation of mineral resource.Therefore,the paper is of great importance to guide the practice of mining and exploration.
