露天矿开采的快速排土护坡与生态恢复技术

    A technology of fast waste disposal to protect slope and restore ecology at openpit mines

    • 摘要: 介绍一种露天矿分段开采、排土护坡快速治理边坡与恢复生态的新技术,适合于具有内排土条件的矿山。把矿体划分为满足采剥作业要求且经济上合理的小分段,逐分段进行剥离、采矿、废石压坡回填、复垦绿化全过程作业。优点是:废石排放运输距离短;最终边坡临空时间短,从而可加陡最终边坡角以减少废石剥离量;把排土压坡作为边坡维护的主要手段,迅速实现边坡的永久治理,边坡维护成本低;把露天矿大范围的岩体开挖对地表环境的扰动破坏,缩小为分段的局部破坏;快速恢复生态环境。

       

      Abstract: A new technology of fast waste disposal to protect slope and restore ecology at open pit mines,their ore beds are divided into sections to mining, are introduced in this paper. It suits the pits, in their exhausted areas the waste can be disposed. Divide the ore bed into small and safe sections that all mining equipments can work easily and economically. All working processes, such as overburden removal, mining, waste disposal to protect slope, land restoration and clothe with greenery, are carried out sequentially in one section. This technology has the advantages of a short waste disposal distance, a short final slope existent time of each section to steep its ultimate pit slope angle, taking waste disposal as the main method to protect slope, a faster ultimate protect of each section slope with a low cost, changing the rock disturbance-destruction of a wide scope to a small section after section , and restoring ecology faster.
