Abstract: The green mine construction is divided into ecological mine,humanistic mine,technology mine, legal mine and innovation mine for improving the level of green mine construction,to accelerate the pace of green mine development and optimizing the evaluation standard of green mine. Through a new barrel theory,the five mine construction indexes are further quantified. Basing on the quantitative index parameter,introducing the mathematical model of green mine construction,it guides the green mine construction with quantitative analysis way,so as to expands the development ideas of the green mine construction and stimulates the vigor and vitality of the green mine construction.
