对武安高岭土除铁工艺研究

RESEARCH TEST OF IRON REMOVAL FROM KAOLIN FINES

摘要: 河北武安硬质高岭土粉含Fe₂O₃ 123%,经高梯度磁选后降至0 77%,再用Na₂S₂O₃进行还原溶解后降到062%,白度提高了13%,本文介绍了流程及条件试验过程和结果。

Abstract: The kaolin fines from Heibei Wuan contain 1 23% Fe₂O₃ Which is reduced magnetic separatior,then to 0 62% after treatment by Na₂S₂O₃ powder.Besides,the whiteness of kaolin fines in increased by 13%.The conditions,flowsheet,process and results of research test are introduced.
