摘要: 首先,分析我国建立金属矿产资源储备的必要性;然后,在介绍国际先进经验的基础上,建立了中国金属矿产资源储备体系,该体系主要包括储备形式、储备运作和储备资金管理三个部分;最后,分析了我国金属矿产资源的管理体制和储备体系。

Abstract: First,it analyzes the need for the establishment ofChina's metal mineral resources reserves; then,based on introducing the international experience of advanced country, it establishes reserve system ofChina's metal mineral resources, which mainly includes: reserves form, reserves operations and management of reserves fund. Finally, it analyzes the management system and reserve system ofChina's metal mineral resources.
