Abstract:
The process reengineering of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group after its restructuring was discussed. By optimizing and allocating the internal and external resources,the process of business was analyzed,the operating mechanism was redesigned and reorganized,the process reengineering of organization management system was carried out,including business segments,production organization,enterprise culture and informatization construction. The work received obvious results with the responsibility and authority of the group and subordinate enterprises clarified,the management of internal friction decreased,operational efficiency improved and the core competitiveness of enterprises enhanced. It is expounded that reengineering of business process is an effective mode for the coal science and technology enterprises after the restructuring to optimize the allocation of resources to capacity,adapt to the market and enhance the core competitiveness of the market.
