Abstract: The public finance support system of the coal is an indispensable part of the law system,which guides the coal industry toward the right direction.The coal's public finance support system includes the policy financing,the public subsidy,the public appropriate founds and the transferring to pay.These public finances supports take effect in the development of the coal industry,but now there are still a series of problem in the system: such as the lower lawmaking layer,the confusion of the responsibility of the coal industry public finance supports and the lack of supervise and so on.The law of the coal industry public finance support's uninterrupted perfect could resolve these problems.
