Abstract: Mining activities take place in a environment where many danger sources are existing,such as water,gas,roof.Due to limit of man's knowledge and uncompletness of scientific and technological means,calamitous accidents are unavoidable.But more important is that many accidents are caused by man's irresponsible or false behaviour such as poor awareness of safe operation,action or giving command opposite to safety regulations and rules.To reduce as far as possible the calamitous accidents,management of safe operation must extremely be enhanced while research of preventative measures and technical means against accidents is promoted with great forces.
