Abstract: This paper describes a successful management information system of large scale construction project. This system includes ten sub-systems such as personnel, finacial affairs,equipment,materials,projectstatistics, project contract, data file, project scheduling and daily affairs etc. Based on these subsystems,a public database and network communicaton systems were set up by means of Novell.
