Abstract: The evalution of the comprehensive exploitation and utilization ol mineral resources is a typical multi-objective decision problem, Anslysed the shortcomings of some methods for evaluating the comprehensive utilization, this paper presents a new multi-attribute decision method to get a more scientific and reliable conclution.
