大宝山矿采空塌陷区安全采矿爆破技术
Safe mining and blasting technologies for Dabaoshan mine in mined-out and subsidence area

摘要: 大宝山采空区塌陷后,周边矿床开采作业存在安全隐患。同时,由于塌陷岩体整体性受到破坏,裂隙发育,使爆破挖运工序无法正常进行。针对以上技术难题,在大宝山矿形成了一套超前勘探方法:采用GY-200-1型工程钻机和宣化CM351潜孔钻机联合勘探采空塌陷区,通过降低爆破台阶高度,优化爆破参数和装药结构解决泄爆问题,辅以挖掘机、液压破碎锤、手持式风动凿岩机作业,有效地解决了塌陷区破碎岩体对钻探、装药、爆破效果等带来的影响,最终实现矿石的安全回采,实现了矿山的正常生产,为今后的可持续发展打下了基础。Abstract: The mining operation becomes very dangerous after the goafs collapsed in Dabaoshan Mine. Meanwhile,the blasting process does not work correctly because of the integrity of collapsed rock is damaged and fractured. In order to solve the technical problem,a large advanced exploration methods was developed. The GY-200-1-type engineering drillers explore the mined-out and subsidence area combined with the CM351-type downhole drillers. The explosive energy will not release by reducing the bench height,optimizing blasting parameters and charging structure. The excavators,hydraulic hammers,handheld pneumatic rock drillers are also used to solve effectively the impact of drilling,charging,blasting effect which were caused by the cracked rock in the mined-out and subsidence area. Ultimately,the ore is explored safely. At the same time,Dabaoshan Mine can be mined normally and lay foundation for sustainable development.
