Abstract: Investment mechanism is the key issue for improvement of mine's ecological environment.The financing source,application of funds and funds management mode are described.Five financing ways,condition for investment,policies from government and right of investors are analysed.Besides,the standard for mine's ecological environment assessment,qualification of plants manufacturing equipment for mine environment protection and plan of improving mine's ecological environment which are closely related with investment mechanism are also introduced.
