摘要: 组建矿业集团是完善我国矿业产业组织的重要途径和方式。本文探讨组建矿业企业集团的模式,并针对企业组织结构演变趋势,在分析矿业企业组织创新形式的组织结构特征以及以市场为导向的适度规模的企业集团组织结构目标模式特征的基础上,研究矿业企业集团组织结构的再造和优化。

Abstract: Establishment of mining enterprises groups is the most important way and form of optimizing the organization of Chinese mining enterprises.The paper analyses the development trend of enterprise's organizational structure,the feature of new organizational form of mining enterprises and the target mode feature of organizational.structure of reasonable scale enterprises groups under the influence of market demand.Based on these analyses,the paper probes the mode of establishing mining enterprises groups and the way of optiminzing the organizational structure of these groups.
