Abstract: The paper studies the process of preparation of 4A molecular sieve with Baiquan bentonite,focuses the discussion on the impact on the product performance imposed by the acidity,duration,liquid/solid ratio of bentonite acidification,alkali treatment and blending ratio of gel.The structural characterization of 4A molecular sieves was tested by XRD and SEM.The paper also discusses the comprehensive utilization of waste liquid produced during the synthetic process.
