Abstract: The paper analyzes the applicability of various methods surveying the activity of rock stratum in light of the mining conditions of a hard rock deposit in China,selects the measurement method suitable for the rock burst monitoring of the deposit,puts forward the general requirements on the establishment of the rock burst monitoring system,designs the composition,arrangement of stations and network as well as the implementation steps of rock burst monitoring system and explains the function & requirements of various components.
