氟化氢铵洗孔工艺及其在谢米兹拜伊铀矿床的应用

摘要: 钻孔清洗不仅是钻孔成孔过程的重要工艺,也是地浸矿山生产阶段最为繁重的工作。在研究谢米兹拜伊铀矿床地质与水文地质条件的基础上,本文主要介绍了该矿床的一种洗孔工艺-氟化氢铵洗孔工艺。其基本原理是将氟化氢铵与硫酸注入到钻孔内,利用两者反应生成氢氟酸,溶解矿层中的二氧化硅胶体来改善渗透性。同时开展了现场试验,探索了该洗孔工艺的应用条件与效果。现场试验结果显示:该洗孔工艺效果良好,钻孔抽注液量比洗孔前得到大幅度提升。Abstract: Well flushing is not noly a key process,but also the most time-consuming work in production period.On the basis of researching the geological and hydrogeological conditions,this paper mainly introduces ammonium hydrogen fluoride well flushing process used in Semizbay uranium deposit.when both ammonium hydrogen fluoride and sulfuric acid are injected into production wells,hydrofluoric acid is generated.It can disslove silicon dioxide and improve specific premeabilty of ore bed.A series of field tests were carried on in order to study the feasibility afterwards.Good results and test parameters were obtained.The results indicated that the flowrate of production wells had been greatly increased after well flushing.
