西部地矿人才培养“客户化模式”的实践与探索——以中国地质大学为例
Practice and exploration for customization mode in Western mineral talent training-Taking China university of geosciences as the Example

摘要: 客户化模式是生产主体主动适应社会需求方为主要特征的生产方式,属企业经营管理范畴。论文将客户化模式的理念高位嫁接到人才培养领域,提出并较为详细的阐述了客户化人才培养模式的概念、特征及相关措施。并以中国地质大学为西部地矿行业培养紧缺人才的实践为例,对该校六年的探索与实践进行了实证分析,研究表明,客户化人才培养模式根据用人单位的实际需求,订单式、批量化进行培养,是解决人才短缺矛盾的科学、有效途径。Abstract: Customization mode is the method that the production of the main adapting to social demand on its own initiative, it belong to the scope of enterprise management. The paper discussed how to apply customization mode and idea to the field of personnel training, it put forward more detailed customer model of the concept of training, characteristics and related measures. Take China University of Geosciences as example, the demonstration having been in progress to the exploration and practice owing school 6 years analyses. Research shows that order-type, mass culture in accordance with the actual needs of the employing units is an effective way to resolve the shortage of mineral talent.
