摘要: 1999年,国土资源部等五部委联合发布了《矿产资源储量评审认定办法》,从基本上建立了我国储量评审认定制度。本文根据"办法"分析了各参与主体之间的关系,并运用委托代理理论,通过对一般委托代理关系的激励机制优化设计,进而分析了矿产资源储量评审认定制度中存在的委托代理关系的激励问题,为矿产资源储量评审认定制度的完善提供了有益的启示。Abstract: The ministry of land and resources associate with other four ministries issued
in 1999, which established reserves assessment-cognizance system ultimately. In this paper, the relationship among attendees in the system is analyzed according to the Measure, and the principal-agent theory is used to design optimally for the incentive mechanism of common principal-agent relationship. Moreover, the promotion of the principal-agent relationship in mineral resources reserves assessment-cognizance system is analyzed, which provide implication to perfect mineral resources assessment-cognizance system.
