Abstract: The mining is significant role to the social and economic development in Guizhou province. However,the results is significant damage on the environment and pollution in the process of exploitation. This paper has analysed the relation between industrialization and consumption strength of resources,environmental Kuznets curves,as well as mining exploitation which impact on the economic and environmental carrying capacity. The conclusion is that mining economics declines in Guizhou,and the environment tends to deterioration. Base on the stratege of "big industries" in Guizhou,This article puts forward the following suggestions,including special tax policy,stressing high-tech industry,lengthening the chain of minining industry,efficient exploration and development,integration of energy and mines,as well as green mining. These measures help to achieve coordinated development of mining economy and environmental protection.
