基于DEA的化石燃料发电效率国际比较

    DEA-based fossil fuel power generation efficiency of the International comparison

    • 摘要: 对化石燃料发电效率的国际比较是能源效率分析领域的一个重要问题。本文提出了一个可用于测算化石燃料综合发电效率及其节能减排潜力的DEA模型。该模型将电能和热能作为两种不同的产出处理,并考虑了发电燃料消费结构上的差异。应用所提出的模型对27个OECD国家及中国2005年化石燃料发电综合效率及节能减排潜力进行了比较分析。

       

      Abstract: Fossil fuel power generation efficiency of the international comparison is the field of energy efficiency analysis of an important issue. In this paper, a measurement can be used for integrated power generation efficiency of fossil fuels and emission reduction potential of energy-efficient DEA model. The model will be power and heat output as the two different treatment, and taking into account the structure of the fuel consumption differences. Application of the model put forward by 27 OECD countries and China in 2005 integrated the efficiency of fossil-fuel power generation and energy-saving emission reduction potential of a comparative analysis.
