Abstract: To realize effective coordination between economy and energy as well as environment, Chinese government has set out a comprehensive objective to achieve 4 times GDP growth with only 2 times energy consumption and 10% emission reduction by 2020, hence the sustainable development strategic planning for energy is particularly vital. Based on the analysis of international environments and domestic conditions of energy development and the all-around identification of existing energy problems in China, this has put forward a series of in-depth tacticses and relevant backing countermeatures in order to realize China's energy sustainable development.
