利用浮选柱从高炉瓦斯泥中回收碳的试验研究

    Study on recovery of carbon from blast furnace flue slime using flotation column

    • 摘要: 在对瓦斯泥性质研究的基础上,利用微泡浮选柱进行了从瓦斯泥中回收碳的试验研究,分析了捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、分散剂用量、充气量、淋洗水量、精选次数等对浮选指标的影响。试验研究结果表明,瓦斯泥在柴油用量为500g/t、2#油用量为25g/t、六偏磷酸钠用量为80g/t、充气量为0.32m3/h、淋洗水量为0.015 m3/h的条件下利用浮选柱进行浮选试验,经一次粗选三次精选工艺流程最终得到产率为24.75%、品位为74.21%、回收率为62.94%的碳精矿。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of flue slime properties,micro bubble flotation column was used for carrying out the experimental research on the recovery of carbon from flue slime of blast furnace. The influences of collector agent,foaming agent,depressant agent,aeration rate and eluent flow rate and cleaner time on the flotation indexes were investigated by flotation column. The results show that the grade of the final carbon concentrate is 74. 21%,the recovery is 62. 94% and the productivity is 24. 75% with the flow sheet which is single-stage roughing and three-stage cleaning with the dosage of diesel oil is 500g / t,2#oil is 25g / t,sodium hexametaphosphate is 80g / t,aeration rate is 0. 32m3/ h and eluent flow rate is 0. 015m3/ h.
