Abstract: In recent years, With the resource and the environment constraints on economic growth increasing tightly,the efforts of energy saving and emission reduction continue to increase, and the green enterprise reform has achieved preliminary results too. However, some enterprises still pay more attention to the profits than to the environmental impaction, which is not conducive to sustainable economic development and the enterprise long-term development. In this paper, the author analyzed the importance and urgency of the green management,as well as the principles to be followed, at last the author give some advice on how to use the green management better
