多层缓倾斜矿床回采沿脉巷道应力分布特征及其卸压方法

    Stress distribution characteristics of strike-drift in gently inclined multilayer deposit mining and its destress methods

    • 摘要: 以上横山多层含钒页岩矿床为对象,研究了层间交替嗣后充填回采条件下沿脉巷道应力分布特征及其卸压技术。采用phase2软件,模拟开采中段10个回采时步沿脉巷道的应力和收敛偏移的变化。在盘区回采中,回采矿房下方沿脉巷道围岩应力较其他区域高3.19%(平均);高应力状态集中于巷道顶板和底板,在不同时步范围分别达51.61%~58.14%和26.19%~54.54%。设计了卸压钻孔和卸压短巷缓解巷道高应力状态,较同一时步未卸压时,沿矿体倾向布置卸压孔、垂直矿体倾向布置卸压孔、近矿体侧帮布置卸压短巷和远矿体侧帮布置卸压短巷使巷道高应力区域分别降低了56.86%、56.27%、47.48%和7.03%(平均值),巷道稳定性得到了保证。在高应力状态沿脉巷道卸压时,应使钻孔卸压沿矿体倾向布置和卸压短巷近矿体侧帮布置,减少巷道高应力区范围。研究结果可为矿山开采地压管理提供可靠的依据和决策参考。

       

      Abstract: Taking Shanghengshan multilayer and containing Vanadium shale Deposit as subjects,Study the stress distribution characteristics of strike-drift and its destress methods in sublevel-alternation subsequent filling stoping. Using the Phase2 to simulate stress and offset changes of strike-drift with 10 time steps of stage mining. In panel stoping,wall rock stress of strike-drift under stoping are higher than other regions 3. 19%(average); high stress state are focused on tunnel roof and floor,the range are 51. 61% ~ 58. 14% and 26. 19% ~ 54. 54% respectively. Design depressurised-borehole and short depressurised-lane to alleviate this problem,arrange drill hole along the inclination and vertical orebody dip,short lane near and far from orebody in the side. Tunnel in high stress area are decreased 56. 86%,56. 27%,47. 48% and 7. 03% respectiveIy(average),with its stability ensured。In the condition of high stress drift of pressure relief,should make the depressurised-borehole along the inclined arrangement and short depressurised-lane near the side wall layout,reduce the tunnel with high stress zone. The results can provide reliable basis and useful references for actual mining.
