Abstract:
This paper proposed the content and structure of institutional trust in coal mine safety management system based on theoretical analysis.The coal miners' institutional trust is the positive expectations relied on the subjective perception of safety management systems.Trust of institution design,trust of institution implementation and trust of institution compliance was distinguished as three dimensions of institutional trust.The institutional trust of coal miners promoted the cognitive mechanisms which contains benefits integration,rigid constraint and responsibility exchange.The investigation of 306 miners found that the trust of institution design,trust of institution implementation and trust of institution compliance have a significant positive impact on the choice of safety behaviors.In order to improve the level of coal mine safety management,the measures raised based on the conclusion.
