Abstract: This paper introduces the connotation of the "human body management model" constructed by Xin'an coal mine and puts forward security management located in the place of the right leg of the human body model,which can promote the sustainable development of coal mine, help build harmonious mining area and help raise the quality of the staffs. Then it elaborates the innovation practice and effectiveness of security management thus it proves the importance of security management.
