Abstract: With rapid development of global resources integration,China's “go out” to participate in exploration and development of foreign mineral resources is very important for sustainable development of China's economy because only in this way the reliable and economic supply bases of some important mineral ores can be established in foreign countries,ensuring domestic demand.The paper describes the importance and feasibility of the strategy,analyses the status of international mineral resources market,reviews the practical experiences in last 10 years and points out the ways and measures for the future.
