Abstract: The paper proposes that the capital market is the way out for the development of mining enterprises and discusses the advantage of direct financing through capital market,the promotion role that capital market plays on the development of Jiangxi copper industry and the inspiration of Jiangxi Copper Corporation's listing on other mining enterprises.
