Abstract: According to China's reserves and distribution of mineral resources and on the basis of briefing the status quo of mineral resources utilization in China, this paper emphatically describes the featuresand status quo of development and the utilization of mineral resources at Panzhihua I & S Company; andproposes setting up suffering ideology, summarizing experiences and researching the new ways of comprehensive utilization.
