摘要: 近年来,我国煤矿安全事故频发,触目惊心的伤亡数字向我们暗示着目前我国煤矿企业安全生产形势严峻,追根溯源,煤矿安全生产管理的缺失是一个重要的原因。本文介绍了枣矿集团的安全管理新模式——"三三三"管理,即"三基"建设、"三化"管理、"三个亮点"。其中,"三基"建设是"三三三"管理文化品牌的一块重要基石,是企业生存的"根本"。"三化"管理是"三三三"管理文化品牌的重要内容之一,是企业管理创新的基本载体,是企业"管理树"的一条"主干"。"三个亮点"工程是企业"三三三"管理文化品牌的最高级表现形式,位于"管理树"的顶端,是展现企业文化风貌的"树冠"。最后指出了枣矿集团"三三三"管理模式的创新价值和现实意义。Abstract: There are too many coal mine safety accidents recently in China. The number of casualties shocking to us implies that the situation is grim in coal mine production safety situation in China. Tracing the source,it's an important reason that lacking coal mine safety production management. The paper introduces new safety managerment model in Zaozhuang Mine-"333" Management Model,including "three radicel" construction, "three changing" management,"three point". Thereinto,"three radicel" construction is an important cornerstone of "333" brand management culture. It's the "fundamental" of the enterprise survival. "three changing" management is an important part of "333" banagement culture. It's the basic carrier of enterprise management innovation. It's the "trunk" of the enterprise "Management Tree"."three point" is the most senior forms of "333" brand management culture. It's on the tip of "Management Tree". It's the "crown" of exhibiting the enterprise culture. Finally,the paper points the innovation value and practical significance of "333" management model in Zaozhuang Mine.
