基于Agent模型的CCS商业运行机制研究

    Agent-based model of commercial operation of the mechanism of CCS

    • 摘要: 缺乏清晰合理的运营模式,成为制约CCS在中国推广的极大障碍。本文设计了CCS的商业化推广模型,并针对系统中电站、CO2运输者、CO2使用者和存储地的经济特性构建了Agent模型。对该模型运用Matlab软件进行了系统仿真。结果说明,在制度逐渐完善的过程中,CCS能够按照商业运行规则建立独立的产业系统。在系统初期,政府资金的介入对CCS的推广至关重要,随着市场化程度的提高,公众投资逐步进入该产业。而电力企业的采集系数和政府补助,则成为保持该系统稳定性的关键因素。

       

      Abstract: The lack of a clear and reasonable operating mode restricting the promotion of CCS in China, a major obstacle. This paper is designed to promote the commercialization of CCS model, and for power plant system, CO2 transporter, CO2 storage to users and build the economic characteristics of the Agent Model. Matlab using the model system simulation software. The results showed gradual improvement in the system process, CCS can be run in accordance with the commercial rules of the establishment of an independent industrial system, early in the system, involvement of government funding is essential for the promotion of CCS, with the improvement in the level of market-oriented, public investment and gradually enter the the industry. The collection coefficient of power enterprises and government subsidies to maintain the system has become a key factor in stability.
