Abstract: This paper deals with a brief introduction of production technology system of the highest degree pure and super-fine quartz powder and achievement of production.The types and properties of the key products that entered industrialized production are analyzed and introduced.The principal performance index of main product have reached and stayed in the lead position in China and keep an advanced level in the world.Thereunto uppermost index and that their fact date can has reached are:SiO₂ ≥ 99 9%,Na⁺1ppm,Cl^- ≤ 1ppm,Fe³⁺ ≤ 1ppm,conductance rate ≤ 3μs/cm.
