Abstract:
In order to solve the support problems of the auxiliary haulage roadway,such as large deformation and frequent rework,we revealed the roadway stability influence factors that are anchored thickness,relative positional relation of weak interlayer and anchorage area and anchor cable pre-stress by means of the mechanical stability analysis of deformation mechanism in the composite structure above roof.Furthermore,we researched the control effect with different parameters aided by FLAC
3D.In addition,combined with field production and geological conditions,we finally proposed the collaborative support program consists of high strength and high pre-stressed anchor (cable),metal mesh,W steel trips and concrete injection.The field practice shows that deformation amount of roof,floor and two sides in roadway obviously decreased,which indicates the effective control of the roadway surrounding rock deformation.
