矿产资源产业链技术效率时空分布及演变态势研究

中文摘要:依据我国5大类矿种及不同省区矿产资源产业链1991~2014年的基础数据,采用数据包络分析的CCR、BCC及超效率模型对各省区不同矿产资源产业链的技术效率进行测算,并运用Kernel密度估计对矿产资源产业链技术效率的时空分布及发展演变特征进行了分析,研究结果表明:我国矿产资源产业链总体、不同类型资源产业链、各省区资源产业链的技术效率均实现了不同程度的提高,产业链的纯技术效率贡献明显低于规模效率,产业链技术效率Kernel密度分布基本上呈现出单峰→双峰→单峰分布的发展演变态势;从产业链层面、产业层面和企业层面培育集群创新网络,不断提高产业链的技术含量和技术贡献率,是实现产业链资源效率、技术效率、规模效率和环境效率协调发展的现实路径。

Technology efficiency spatial-temporal and the evolution trend of mineral resources industry chains
Abstract:According to the basic data from 1991 to 2014 of the 5 kinds minerals and different provinces mineral resources industry chains, use the DEA model of CCR、BCC and super efficiency model to measure the technology efficiency of different kinds of mineral resources industry on different provinces, and use the Kernel density estimation to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of mineral resources industry chains technology efficiency, the results showed that: Technology efficiency of the mineral resources industry chains of the whole, different types and different provinces in China have achieved varying degrees increase, The pure technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains contributed significantly lower than the scale efficiency, technology efficiency Kernel density distribution of mineral resources industry chains in China presented basically that a unimodal→bimodal→unimodal distribution of development trend; Cultivate regional innovation network clusters from the industry chains level, industry level and enterprise, Constantly improve the technology content and technology contribution ratio, which is a realistic path of industry chains achieve resources efficiency, technology efficiency, scale efficiency and environment efficiency coordinated development.
