高镍锍二段球磨排矿中一次合金的回收

中文摘要:为提高某高硫磨浮车间一次合金的回收率,借助元素分析、X射线衍射分析、偏光显微镜分析、扫描电镜分析、矿物解离度分析研究了二段球磨排矿的矿石性质,确定了对二段球磨排矿中一次合金进行回收的必要性,针对二段球磨排矿做了详细的磁选条件试验,确定了回收一次合金的最优试验条件。结果表明:用某磁选机回收二段球磨排矿中一次合金的最优试验条件为磁场强度160 KA/m,漂洗水耗水量5.00 m3/h,磁选精矿的硫含量为11.59%,Pt直收率为77.01%,Pd直收率为70.50%,Au直收率为69.58%。在原有工艺流程的基础上增加二段球磨排矿磁选流程既保证微细粒级一次合金的回收,同时也实现了对一次合金的早收快收。。

Research on Recovering the Primary Alloy in Secondary Grinding Products of High Nickel Matte
Abstract:Aiming at improving the recovery of primary alloy, the secondary grinding products properties were analyzed by means of main elements determination, XRD, optical microscopy analysis, SEM-EDS and MLA, and the recovery necessity of primary alloy in secondary grinding products was determined. Detailed magnetic separation experiment of secondary grinding products was done, and the optimal magnetic separation conditions were determined. Results show that the sulfur content of magnetic concentrate is 11.59%, the direct recovery rate of Pt, Pd and Au is 77.01%, 70.50% and 69.58% respectively in the optimal magnetic conditions. Increasing magnetic flowsheet of secondary grinding products can not only ensure the recovery of fine-grained primary alloy but also achieve a premature collection of alloy.
