准直眼掏槽爆破技术在半煤岩巷掘进中的应用

中文摘要:为了提高晋华宫煤矿的半煤岩巷掘进速度,应用准直眼掏槽爆破技术,针对半煤岩巷的岩层分布特性,设计了准直眼掏槽爆破方案,试验结果表明:(1)循环进尺平均1.82m,炮眼利用率平均91%,比试验前提高了15%。(2)单位炸药消耗比试验前下降了30%。(3)眼痕率均在81%以上,比试验前提高了41%,巷道成型很好。

Application of technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting in half-coal tunnel drivage
Abstract:In order to improve speed of half-coal tunnel drivage in Jinhuagong coal mine, technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting was applied. On account of the rock distribution characteristic of the half-coal tunnel, new blasting scheme with the technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting was designed. Results of the test indicated that: (1) Average blasting footage cycle was 1.82m. Average blast holes utilization factor was 91%, increased by 15% compared to pre-test. (2) Specific charge was reduced by 30% compared to pre-test. (3) The rates of half-hole marks were all up to 81%, increased by 41% compared to pre-test. Contour outline of half-coal tunnel is very good.
