    深部技改工程竖井开拓方案比选研究

    Research on comparison and selection of vertical shaft development schemes in technical renovation projects

    • 摘要: 为了减少深部技改工程竖井开拓的投资,缩短基建周期,充分利用现有的开拓竖井工程和地表构筑物条件下,结合南、北选厂的生产能力,较好地适应深部矿体的赋存状况,针对深部竖井开拓工程不同的布置情况,提出了三种竖井开拓方案。分别对这三种方案进行投资估算,采用定量和定性分析方法,经过经济技术分析、运行分析和基建周期比较,比选结果第3种为最优的竖井开拓方案。研究结果表明:第3种方案充分利用现有的竖井开拓工程和地表构筑物,能够满足生产提升运输的需要,与南主井、北主井提升能力和选厂生产能力相匹配;通风方式采用中央对角式,通风效果好,而且投资少,基建周期短。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the investment of vertical shaft development in technical renovation projects,shorten the period of the infrastructure construction,three types of shaft development programs making full use of existing shaft development projects and surface structures are put forward to match the production capacity of the north and south plants in view of the different layout of the deep shaft opening projects to better adapt to the occurrence of deep ore bodies.The investment estimates are made for the three schemes respectively.The quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are adopted to analyze the vertical development programs.After economic and technical analysis, operational analysis and comparison of infrastructure cycles, the third scheme is the best vertical development program.The research results indicate that the third scheme makes full use of the existing shaft development project and surface structure to meet the needs of production and upgrading transportation, and that the lifting capacities of the southern and north main well match with the production capacity.Due to the use of central diagonal ventilation, ventilation effect of the third program with less investment and shorter construction period is good.
