    边角煤工作面煤壁片帮机理分析及注浆加固技术

    Mechanism analysis and grouting reinforcement technology of coal wall spalling in boundary coal face

    • 摘要: 以显德汪矿二采区1223工作面为工程背景,针对不规则边角煤工作面大角度调采期间,出现的煤岩体破碎较严重且在仰采时出现煤壁片帮等问题进行了分析,针对性地提出了采用高分子加固材料进行注浆加固的方式,阐述了高分子加固材料的注浆加固原理,设计出注浆加固方案并进行应用。回采实践表明,采用高分子加固材料进行注浆加固后,工作面片帮和冒顶得到有效控制,实现工作面正常回采。

       

      Abstract: Taking the 1223 working face of the Xiandewang coal mine as the engineering background, in view of the large angle mining during the irregular corner coal face, there is a serious problem of coal and rock fragmentation and coal wall spalling when mining.This paper analyzes its influencing factors of coal wall slaving in high angle mining face, puts forward the method of grouting reinforcement with high polymer reinforcement material, expounds the principle of grouting reinforcement of the polymer reinforcement material, and designs the grouting reinforcement scheme and applies it.The practice of recovery shows that after grouting and reinforcement with polymer reinforcement material, the working face and the roof are effectively controlled, and the working face can be recovered normally.
