    旋流器和脱水筛在尾矿干排中的改进与应用

      付家山矿业尾矿干排工艺采用C-FX250/GT常规浓缩型旋流器和STS2145-XS轻型脱水筛对尾矿进行浓缩干排。由于尾矿粒度偏细,造成脱水筛出料水分高、干排回收率低、压滤系统负荷高等问题。针对以上问题,从旋流器(规格型号、进料方式、锥体角度等)和脱水筛(振动频率、倾角、筛孔等)两个方向进行改造。实践结果表明,采用Smax200/PU-B高效浓缩脱泥型旋流器和STS2445-GP高频直线脱水筛对尾矿进行浓缩干排,脱水筛出料水分与原设备相比降低了6.91%,干排一体机综合回收率与原设备相比提升了13.05%。对旋流器和脱水筛的改造有效提高了干排回收率,降低了后续工艺中矿浆絮凝和压滤成本。

       

      Abstract:

      Fujiashan Mining tailings dry drainage process using C-FX250/GT conventional concentrated hydrocyclone and STS2145-XS light-duty dehydration screen for tailings matter carry out concentrated dry row.Due to the overall particle size of tailings is too fine, resulting in high water content of dehydration screen material, low comprehensive recovery rate of dry drainage integrated machine and high load of subsequent pressure filtration system.In view of the above problems, the hydrocyclone (specifications and models, feeding methods, cone angle, etc.) and dehydration screen (vibration frequency, inclination angle, sieve hole, etc.) are reformed in two directions.The practice results show that Smax200/PU-B high efficiency concentration desliming hydrocyclone and STS2445-GP high frequency linear dehydration screen are used to concentrate and dry drain tailings.Compared with the original equipment, the water content of the material released from the dehydration screen is reduced by 6.91%, and the comprehensive recovery rate of the all-in-one dry discharge machine is increased by 13.05%.The improvement of hydrocyclone and dehydration screen can effectively improve the recovery rate of dry drainage and reduce the cost of pulp flocculation and pressure filtration in the subsequent process.
