    Mapping the Chinese classification for mineral resources/reserves with UNFC—2009

    • 摘要: 在前人研究成果基础上,本文阐述了我国固体矿产资源储量分类(以下简称我国分类)的现状、适用范围和应用过程中存在一些争议和问题,简要介绍了联合国2009年化石能源和矿产储量与资源框架分类(以下简称UNFC—2009)的现状、制定的宗旨和分类理念,分别从适用对象、侧重点、三轴的内涵等方面比较了中外分类的异同,并分析了产生差异的原因。研究认为我国分类与UNFC—2009的E轴、F轴不能一一对应,但从大类上看,二者具有可比性;UNFC—2009强调商业性,不适应我国国情,修订我国分类时不能机械照搬;我国分类的优势在于矿产资源分类,修订时应侧重完善矿产储量分类的运行机制。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of previous studies,the paper states the status of Chinese classification for mineral resources and reserves (Chinese Classification),scope of its application,and debates and problems of its application.The paper also introduces briefly the status of the United Nations framework classification for fossil energy and mineral reserves and resource in 2009 (UNFC—2009),the purpose of preparing it,and the idea of its classification.Through comparative studies of the objective,stress,and intension of the two classification systems,the paper gives similarities and differences of UNFC—2009 and Chinese Classification.Based on the mapping,the paper gets the following conclusions:the E axis and the F axis of the two classification systems do not correspond.But they can correspond from classes;UNFC—2009 that has outstanding commercial features doesn't fit Chinese condition.So when we revise Chinese Classification,we cannot follow it directly;Chinese Classification has outstanding features that it can be effectively used to classification of mineral resources.However,when we revise Chinese Classification,we need to focus on harmonizing the function of the conversion from mineral resources to mineral reserves.
