Japan’s operation mechanism of mineral resources as well as tips to the reform and development of central geological exploration fund

Japan is one of the countries that severely lacking of mineral resources in the world and whose resource supply mainly depends on mining overseas.Japanese special mineral resources managing model offers important system guarantee for domestic enterprise developing overseas and ensure it great-power globally.In order to accelerate the reform of geological exploration fund and perfect its funding mechanism and running modes, this paper analyzes Japan’s resources managing form, mining procedure, major financing methods and its characters.It advices that we should re-recognize the fund’s status for national resource safety, ensure the fund operating independently, and develop mining overseas and broaden financing channels.
