    Genetic analysis and control technology of gangue in blasting excavation of rock roadway in coal mine

    • Large waste rock produced by rock roadway blasting is one of the significant factors that restrict the speed and efficiency of rock roadway excavation.Straight-hole cutting and wedge-straight composite cutting models is established by LS-DYNA to simulate the effective stress wave propagation law in the blasted rock mass and the effective stress distribution law at the bottom of the blasted rock mass so as to solve the problem of large gangue and footage in the process of fast deep hole driving in the rock roadway of Sijiazhuang mine.Through the numerical simulation analysis and field experiment comparison, it is found that the wedge-straight composite cutting blasting has less large gangue and higher daily footage, which accelerates the tunneling speed and has reference worth about blasting tunneling construction of similar hard rock roadways.
