    Research and application of high pressure consolidation mechanism of mine water control modified clay pulp

    • Based on the requirements of local conditions and environmental protection, more and more clay grouting materials are used in the field of mine curtain grouting.The characteristics of non-industrial grouting materials make them different from traditional grouting materials in performance.In order to study the consolidation mechanism of non-industrial finished grouting materials, a special high pressure consolidation device for grouting materials is built, and the corresponding tests are carried out on this basis.The test results show that the consolidation time of the given ratio modified clay slurry is about 110 min, and the consolidation structure is a composite structure.According to the results, the diffusion radius of the grouting slurry is 3.375 times that of the pure cement slurry.The results are verified in field industrial experiments.The test device, test method and research results provide technical support for improving the existing grouting process, and provide reference for the research and application of new materials in the field of curtain grouting.
