Promotion of mine ecological restoration concept via effectiveness evaluation

Mine ecological restoration has become an important task of the ecological civilization construction, and it is a powerful hand to implement the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.Under the new situation, we need to change the way of thinking and working ideas.In order to promote the concept of mine ecological restoration and lead the work of mine ecological restoration scientifically, according to the principles of goal, science, integrity, operability and quantitative and qualitative combination, an evaluation index system for the effect of mine ecological restoration, based on the concept of “life community”, is explored and constructed under a unified framework on the basis of literature search, field research and extensive consultation with experts.It is composed of 4 first level indicators-ecological security, ecological function, landscape service and Sustainable development, 10 second level indicators and specific third level indicators.Then the standard of index grade evaluation is given.Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the concept of mine ecological restoration from the aspects of restoration willingness, restoration strategy, restoration mode, resource utilization and restoration effect.
