Research on policy changes and trends of coal industry based on text analysis

Industrial policy is an important means of national macro-control, and the policy of coal industry in different development stages has different emphasis.This study deeply analyzes the development process of the coal industry, and determines the key words and network relations in the policy texts from 2013 to 2018 through texts analysis.The analysis includes four dimensions:capacity adjustment, safety production, innovation and efficiency, and green development.The results show that from 2013 to 2018, the focus of policy capacity adjustment in the coal industry has shifted from aggregate de-capacity to structural de-capacity, and the focus of scientific and technological innovation has shifted from efficient mining to cleaning utilization.What's more, the development model has changed from traditional extensive to green and sustainable development, but as the most important thing of coal industry management, safety production has always remained unchanged.This study can not only deeply analyze the development history of the coal industry to gain experience, but also grasp the change trend of industrial policies through texts analysis.Based on this study, enterprises can take precautions to provide suggestions for better implementing policies and seizing development opportunities.
