Study on the miner unsafe acts management APP based on behavior-based safety theory

In order to change the traditional management mode of closed-loop inspection supervision for unsafe actions and solve the problems existing in the information technology of unsafe acts management in coal mine, such as the lack of combination with behavior based on safety, the inability to excavate the mechanism of unsafe acts, and the inability to analyze the unsafe acts data effectively.After studying the unsafe movement management in a coal mine.The behavior-based safety theory and the swiss cheese model(SCM)are selected to verify the compatibility between the unsafe acts management of a coal mine and the above theory.Through selecting Android system platform, adopting JAVA programming language, applying MVC mode, extracting information by using ETL technology and so on, the application program of miner unsafe acts management is developed, which realizes two core functions include closed loop management and statistical analysis of unsafe acts, and excavates unsafe acts generator, and it also has the function of searching the database of laws and regulations of coal mining industry using Tencent cloud search to build a cloud search tool.The results of application in coal mine management show that using the miner unsafe movement management APP have changed the traditional way of supervising unsafe acts in coal mine, analyzed the mechanism of unsafe action management while the process of unsafe action management is standardized, and improved the speed of searching related laws and regulations.It provides a new idea for realizing the digitalization and informatization of coal mine.
