Abstract
In order to accelerate the digital transformation of coal mining enterprises, realize the digital service “strategy+operation” management and control model, intelligent service for the production process, achieve the goal of increasing safety, lowering costs and improving efficiency, and realizing the high-quality development of the enterprise.Based on theoretical research and practice, it takes Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Co., Ltd.as an example to analyze the current situation and needs of digital reconstruction and intelligent construction of coal mining enterprises, and proposes that the digital practice and digital exploration of coal mining enterprises is the realization of digital reconstruction and transformation of coal mining enterprises.It is discussed on this basis, especially by using the hourglass model to explore the transformation of enterprise digital thinking concept.The necessity of establishing a consensus on digital transformation and development.Finally, the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the causes and difficulties of 18 problems in the process of digital reconstruction, such as inconsistent understanding of digitalization, difficult organization and coordination, large capital investment, long return cycle, inconspicuous effect, high technical threshold and insufficient professionals, from six aspects:concept thinking, path mode, organization and coordination, capital investment, human resources allocation and technical support.Combined with the PDCA Deming Circle Management Model, it analyzes the guarantee of digital reconstruction of enterprises from four aspects:organization, capital, technology, and talents, and proposes solutions.
